• One account per person - Multiple accounts are not permitted

• Unauthorized Access - Attempting to hack, bypass security, or access restricted areas
• Content Misuse - Reproducing, distributing, or selling our content without permission
• Impersonation - Pretending to be another person or entity
• Spam - Sending unsolicited messages or promotional content

💳 Payment Terms

1. Credits

• Credits are the virtual currency used on SmartDrills
• Credits can be purchased through our secure payment system
• Credits can be earned through profile completion, tournaments, and promotions
• Credits are non-refundable and have no cash value

2. Purchases

• All prices are in ₦ (Naira) unless otherwise stated
• VAT and applicable taxes are included in the displayed price
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time with notice
• Refunds are only issued for technical errors where credits were not delivered

3. Payment Security

• All payments are processed through Paystack, a PCI-DSS compliant gateway
• We do not store your card details on our servers
• Transaction records are kept for accounting and legal purposes

1. Our Content

• All content on SmartDrills (questions, answers, explanations, articles) is owned by SmartDrills
• Content is protected by copyright laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell our content without permission

2. User-Generated Content

• You retain ownership of any content you submit (feedback, messages, etc.)
• By submitting content, you grant SmartDrills a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it

Upon termination, credits are forfeited and will not be refunded. You may appeal the termination by contacting us.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

• Courts: Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria
• NDPR: Our data processing complies with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) 2019
• Consumer Protection: Users are protected under the Nigerian Consumer Protection Law

We encourage informal resolution of disputes:
